Application Eligibility and Details

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology is one of the eight partners of the Mastercard Foundation Africa Health Collaborative. It is contributing to three pillars of the health strategy: Health Employment, Health Entrepreneurship, and Health Ecosystems. It aims to build the capacity of health care students and professionals to meet the growing demand for Primary Health Care (PHC) and achieve the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) package of care. The Health Entrepreneurship Pitch is a dynamic platform where healthcare innovators, entrepreneurs, and startups are given the opportunity to present their groundbreaking ideas and solutions aimed at transforming the healthcare industry. This event will bring together individuals and teams passionate about creating positive changes in the healthcare sector through innovative products, services, or technologies. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their healthcare-related projects, initiatives, or businesses to a panel of judges and industry experts. The primary goal is to secure funding, partnerships, and support for their healthcare innovations.
